Cancellation Policy

We understand, sometimes minds change! To cancel or modify an order, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase. Requests made after this period may not be feasible as the order might already be in processing. Cancellations within the 24-hour window will be refunded within 7 business days.

Received a Damaged Item?

Our products are carefully packaged to avoid damage in transit. If you receive a damaged item, please inform us within 72 hours of delivery by sending an email to contact@mobiltherapy.com along with a photo of the damage. We’ll assess the damage and, if applicable, send a replacement at no additional cost. Please note, we do not cover damages from normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.

While we aim to deliver your products promptly, some delays outside our control may occur due to the courier or customs issues. For delivery issues, please contact the courier directly. MobilTherapy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages.
